As well as being taught techniques to handle the stress of study and the exam room, the 2 day workshop also introduces the concept of Goal Setting by a trained life coach. Practical sessions will also incorporate guided visualizations, in much the same way athletes use these techniques to hone their skills. At the end of the two days the students will have in place three clearly defined goals, strategies to assist in reaching those goals and importantly, techniques to enable them to continue the process for other aspects of their life.
