09:00 - 1st Session - You are Your Thoughts
Your attitude and how you feel about yourself and others can make the difference between success and failure. Remember it's your life!
10:30 - Break
10:45 - 2nd Session - Study hard and study 'smart.'
There are only so many hours in the day! Of course you have to study hard, but also study smarter. Get organized, motivated and make the most of your study time.
12:15 - Lunch
1:00 - 3rd Session - Relax... get into 'the Zone'
It's good to have a small amount of anxiety, but too much can literally paralyze even the best student. Don't struggle, find out how to get.. 'into the zone.'
2:30 - Break
2:45 - 4th Session - Success - Is it all in the mind?
A well tuned mind will perform at its best when the body is also in good condition, fit and healthy.
