CONSULTATION POLICY:
Your first hypnotherapy consultation will last around 90 minutes. During the first 30 minutes we will discuss your situation, and David will answer any questions. If you are happy with how things are progressing, the first session will continue. Allow 90 minutes for this first session.
No Charge Policy: If after the first 30 minutes you are not certain you would like to experience hypnotherapy, then the consultation will end, and there will be no charge to you.

SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS:
It is recomended that you attend several sessions.
Ideally you should have two sessions a week. If this happens you will find that the benefits will occur much more rapidly and will more likely create a permanent change. It is generally accepted that it takes around three weeks to 'change a habit'. With this in mind, generally 4 - 6 sessions are recommended, however, what will be best for you can be discussed at the first consultation.

LENGTH OF SESSIONS:
First session: Allow 90 minutes.
Subsequent sessions generally last an hour to 75 minutes. However, do allow yourself additional time. Sometimes sessions may continue for up to 90 minutes. (As a comparison, some other therapist schedule 60 minute appointments, but the therapy session lasts just 45 minutes.)

DISCOUNTS:
Discounts are given for for prepaid packages of sessions. The payment must be prepaid. There are additional discounts for school students.

DISCOUNT AMOUNT:
Six sessions: Pay for 5 sessions, and receive six sessions.
Four sessions: The fourth session is discounted by 60%.

STUDENT DISCOUNT:
High school students receive a $25 discount on all sessions and the equivalent discount for packages.

PAYMENT & CREDIT POLICY:
Payment is required on the day of each session or to be prepaid for session packages. Next Step To Success Pte Ltd does not allow credit. Only cash or or cheque accepted.

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session. Otherwise the full sessional rate will be charged.

SESSION RE-BOOKING AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
If a session is re-booked and then cancelled, the full fee will be charged.
If the session is rescheduled twice, the full fee will be charged for the original session missed.

Prepaid sessions: One session will be deducted from the prepaid package.

FAILURE TO ATTEND:
Single session: In all circumstances, failure to attend will be billed at the full rate of $200. (Student discounts do not apply when session is missed.)

Prepaid Sessions: One session will be deducted from the prepaid package.
